Rental Pricing Details:

The price is based on double occupancy. The rental price includes all preparation fees, taxes, basic insurance,
bedding, towels, dishes, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery, camping chairs, and a first aid kit, among other items.
Additional person kits are charged with only $50 per person.

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. 7% provincial tax and 6% federal tax (GST) must be added to all prices.

These rates are based on a minimum rental period of 10 days. Rentals of a shorter period are available at a $150 surcharge.

Mileage packages:

100 km per day are included in the prices listed above.

Mileage package 1: 500 km for $135.00
Mileage package 2: 1000 km for $260.00

Additional mileage is calculated at 29 cents per kilometer.


Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS:

b) 5 % Long-term discount for bookings longer than 28 days.

c) 10 % Long term rental for bookings over 42 days.

Maximum discount is 10 %

INSURANCE AND COLLISION DAMAGE REDUCER (CDR):

All vehicles are automatically covered with a $5 million liability insurance and carry a $4,000.00 collision deductible. The renter’s collision deductible can be reduced from $4,000.00 to $600.00 by purchasing the CDR. The current rate is $17.00 per day, plus taxes.

We recommend travel plan cancellation insurance.

Upon request, we’ll send you a copy of the terms and conditions of our rental agreement.

Rental prices for the Holiday Suite in Gibsons:

Rental for 2 Persons per Night (minimum rental is 4 nights)
$ 95.00
Weekly rental for 2 Persons
$ 570.00
Extra person/day (MAX. 4 Persons):
$ 10.00
